Story map: hero strip, scene info popups, cutscene dialogue match

2026-04-25

All of the player's heroes now overlay as compact ComicHeroCards in the top-left of the story map — no selected highlight, dead/stuck/paralysed shown as a status badge. The compact card's stat row stretches to span the full card width with a 1px inset, so health/energy bars sit inside the school-coloured background instead of crammed into a tiny centred row. Stat squares get a 5px minimum width so they stay visible at high max.

Location ring nudged 50px down. A new per-location override map allows hand-tuning (ormron-street moved 20px left, library 20px right + 20px up). Auto-scroll now biases the latest open scene to 75% from the left of the viewport instead of centring it — so the location hub stays in frame on load. The map accepts a top inset so the hero strip overlay doesn't clip the ring.

Closed scenes now open a popup on tap, showing their info — rewards, encounters, party size — with a 'Locked' subtitle. Entry stays blocked (no Go In button), so players can preview upcoming content without unlocking it.

Cutscene dialogue panel now uses the same DialogueTextBox + skewed ComicTagBadge speaker as in-game dialogue, so the two text fields look identical. The dialogue box has a stable parent width (no longer hugs text length), and the speaker badge sits in absolute positioning so the text box's top edge lines up with the right-side Skip buttons. The temporary back button on the story map is gone — bottom menu handles navigation.
