Grandmaster's office: a new base room off Ormron Street

Reached from Ormron Street, unlocked alongside the Gates trigger. The exit-back is the only active trigger on first visit; the secretary, grandmaster, and desk hit-zones exist in the layout but are gated behind later dialogue.

First entry fires Maya's line — a "no one here, check in later" beat — and the room flips to visited so the line doesn't replay every time you walk through. A small narrative anchor that establishes the room exists before it becomes useful.

Art lands: parallax back / mid / fore layers for the room, plus a front-facing secretary sprite for when she's unlocked.
