Arena rewards: randomized + reveal popup. Arena used to hand out fixed rewards; now the reward is randomized inside the eligible pool and announced in a popup at the end of the run, so the payoff lands as its own beat instead of just appearing in the inventory.
Arena spells popup + spell card layout. A new popup shows the spell set you're walking into for an arena fight. On the spell card itself, the secondary-damage line moves to a slot where it stops competing with the primary effect.
School-colored active-effect icons on combatants. The little effect icons that sit on heroes and enemies during a fight now use the school color of the effect, so a glance at the row tells you what's running and from where.
Long-press for aspect details in the crafting picker. In the picker, pressing and holding a sigil opens the same aspect-details view you get from the aspects screen — no extra hop to check what a sigil does mid-craft. The Snake Medallion's bark gets its final copy.
Banter contiguity. Pair and trio banter exchanges now play their lines back-to-back during action playback, instead of being interleaved with the next hero's beat. The exchange reads as one conversation again.
Combat and dialogue fixes. Combos no longer mis-fire when one of the would-be participants is already dead. Pre- and post-banter timing is corrected so lines fire on the beat that matches the action. Dialogue speaker names now resolve through an identity lookup, so an NPC who's been renamed downstream reads with the right name everywhere.
