4.2.2: audio settings stick, fight-rewards popup gets a redo, small-screen polish

4.2.2 web alpha cut. The web build moves to 4.2.2 and the F&F Welcome popup is held behind the rotation gate, so it only shows when it's meant to.

Audio settings persist across sessions. Mute state and per-channel volumes are now saved and rehydrated on next open, instead of resetting every time the tab is refreshed or reopened cold.

Fight-win rewards popup gets a redo. End-of-fight rewards now live in a dedicated rewards popup with a tidier layout for the loot list.

Small-screen polish. The Arena spells popup gets a compact small-screen card with frameless tap-to-close. The spell card has a tighter mini layout with smaller buff icons and name-tags. The Journal stacks the quest list at 30% width on short viewports so it stops fighting for vertical room.
