Arena gets its own track. The arena used to draw from the general fight music pool. It now has a dedicated track, so the arena's identity stops blending in with story fights.
Base playlist tightened. The base playlist's track set gets a pass, so the rotation in the base reads as a consistent mood instead of a grab bag.
Opening cutscene plays silent. The opening cutscene used to play music underneath it. It's now muted, so the first track you hear is the first scene's, not a competing one.
Activity cutscenes muted. Cutscenes that frame a base activity drop their background music, so the activity's own sound design (crafting, alchemy, etc.) has the room to read.
