Card icons and portraits stop going blank on slow web

Card icons across the game — item, material, spell, enemy, and hero — could show up blank or blink during scroll on slow web connections. Dialogue portraits could reload between lines. Both surfaces now render through the same image path the character sprites already used reliably, so icons and portraits paint on first mount and stay painted.
Higher-strength versions of spell aspect art — the strength 2 and 3 variants — used to fetch during the fight itself and could pop in a turn late. They now preload during the fight's setup, so the correct aspect is always ready when the card is played.
The cutscene fallback for very slow connections used to swap the video out for static stills. When the still image also couldn't paint in time, the panel could flash. The still fallback now uses the same image path the rest of the game uses, and the flash is gone.
