The web game now plays properly on iPhone

iPhone Safari players were stuck at the very first screen — the welcome card's button sat below the edge of the screen, and the card wouldn't scroll by touch. That's fixed at the root: popup cards now fit the screen, scroll inside their frame, and keep their buttons where you can tap them. Every popup in the game benefits.
Underneath sat a second bug: the game measured the screen slightly wrong on iPhone and drew itself larger than the visible area — edges cut off, taps landing beside what you saw. It now draws at the size Safari actually gives it, and re-arranges instantly when you rotate or zoom.
