Tidier rewards, roomier battles on phones

Two small cleanups that make fights feel better. Reward popups used to squeeze everything together; each reward now gets its own line, so you can actually read what you earned.

And on phones, the in-fight text log is tucked away — the battlefield gets the whole screen. On web, where there's room for it, it stays.
