Dart learns to Freeze

Dart picked up a new trick: a sigil that freezes an enemy where they stand. Locked in ice, they hold their position while you reposition, heal up, or focus something scarier.

It's his first control option — until now his kit was all about hitting things. Expect it to matter most in fights where one enemy reaching your back line is the whole problem.
