A drowned tunnel, and what Grey learns down there

There's a new side quest to pick up. A boy diver at the bedouins' camp has a story about the waterhole — the kind of legend you'd expect to turn out to be nothing. It doesn't. Following it takes you through the reed shallows, a sunken passage, and down into a drowned tunnel to a still pool at the bottom, with a run of fights along the way against enemies of mixed elements, so the loot you pick up is useful across the whole party.

There's no hidden villain here — the pull people felt down there is real and ancient, and Grey is the one who eases it so the divers can go back to the water safely. Seeing the quest through is what unlocks Grey's Empower, and there's a good stack of Oak Bark waiting when you turn it in.
