The chaining tutorial finally shows up for new players

There's a one-time tutorial where Maya walks you through chaining spells together. It hadn't been firing for new players: it was waiting on a particular kind of chain that a starting hero's spells simply can't make yet, so for anyone new it never triggered and chaining went unexplained. Now it fires on your first chain of any kind.

It also waits a beat so it lands on a clean field — the chain's combo panels finish drawing first, instead of popping up over the explainer just as it appears.
