A dead-end exit in three scenes is gone, and Chinese machines start in Chinese

13.09.2026

Three story scenes — broken bridge, strange ruins, and near the throne — carried an extra exit that looked like the way onward. Tapping it returned you to the story map without crossing the scene's real exit, so the scene's actions never ran and the next scene never opened: it read as a way forward but was a way backward. It was a leftover from the very first story scene ever built, copied into the other two, and it's now removed. Each of those scenes already opens a proper way through once you've done what it's waiting on, so nothing sends you back without finishing anymore.

And a machine set to Chinese now starts the game in Chinese. The game already picks its language from your device at boot — that's why a Russian machine opens in Russian — but a Chinese device names itself by region, like zh-CN, and the game was only reading the part before the dash, which matched nothing and dropped to English. Every Chinese variant now maps to simplified Chinese. Traditional-script regions like Taiwan and Hong Kong land there too for now — the characters will read as unfamiliar, but the language is theirs, and English served them worse.
