Arena enemies now think ahead and fight as a pack

30.09.2026

Until now every Arena enemy weighed only the turn in front of it, on its own, with no shared plan. That's changed. Each turn the pack now settles on one plan for the whole group, and every enemy works out a short sequence of its own moves — up to several turns ahead — to carry out its part, then the whole thing is re-decided the next turn. So an enemy can step back now to line up a stronger cast later, and the group can commit to a tactic together instead of each one going its own way.

Every pack also fights with a temperament — relentless, cunning, or brutal — rolled fresh each day, so the same fight can play out differently from one day to the next. A relentless or brutal pack won't give ground; a cunning one will pick you apart. The plans they choose from include focusing fire on one hero, splitting to come at you from two sides, hunting your healer when you have one, and pulling the whole pack back to regroup.

All of this is the Arena only — your story fights play exactly as before. The daily Arena board now serves the new coordinated fights, and the older versions of those fights have retired. The new enemies carry a touch more health and energy than their old counterparts, to keep the smarter pack a fair fight rather than a free one.
