A round of Android fixes: the Map opens, dialogue reads right, fonts and the loader behave

The big one: on Android, opening the Map used to crash the whole game, and it had grown large enough that it crashed every time. The Map now draws its lines and its starfield in a way the phone can handle, so it opens like it should — with the star background holding still while the nodes and connections pan and zoom over it.
Dialogue on Android got two fixes. The first tap on a line now finishes typing it out instead of being swallowed, and a new line starts empty and types itself in rather than flashing the whole line for an instant before it begins. Bold and italic text also shows in the game's own fonts now, instead of dropping back to the phone's system font.
And the loading spinner keeps turning smoothly on phones while the game loads, rather than stalling just when there's the most to load. A smaller touch along the way: the Map now builds once when you open it instead of twice. All of this is Android (with a bit for phones generally); the web and iOS builds were already fine here.
