Signing in keeps your save — and your tutorials stay seen

If you've been playing without signing in, your save lived only on this device's session — and tapping Log out could cut it loose with no way to get that player back. Profile now shows “Sign in to keep your save” in that spot instead. Signing in attaches an account to the player you're already on, your progress carries straight over, and Log out returns once there's an account to log out of.

Signing in to an account that already has another save now switches cleanly to that save instead of leaving your old fight or scene sitting on screen, and if the save can't load you get an error and can try again rather than being left stuck.

And if a sign-in is ever refused or expires, the one-time explainers you've already read — like Maya's note before your first fight — no longer pop up all over again when you sign back in. The game remembers what you've seen.
