Steadier Steam sign-in

On the Steam build, your Steam account now links to your save quietly in the background. If the game can't reach Steam, it offers a "Try again with Steam" prompt instead of falling back to a Google sign-in — so a Steam player never ends up on a mismatched account.

Fixed a rare case where a fresh Steam save could start failing to save partway through its first session; the game now keeps the correct sign-in through that hand-off.

The macOS desktop build is now universal — a single download that runs natively on both Apple Silicon and older Intel Macs.

Under the hood: the desktop downloads have simpler names, plus the usual round of behind-the-scenes updates.
